01 / 08 — 24/7 Emergency Response
Power’s out. We’re already on the way.
A fully insured, NICEIC-registered engineer on site within four hours, day or night, anywhere within fifteen miles of Sheffield. No call queue, no franchise dispatch — you speak to us.
What We Cover
If it’s electrical and it can’t wait, we’re on it.
Emergency = full power loss, exposed wiring, sparking, a trip that won’t reset — or an alarm system that won’t stop sounding.
01
Full Power Loss
Total loss of power to a property, whether it’s a tripped main or a fault we need to trace and isolate on arrival.
02
Exposed Wiring
Damaged, chewed or exposed cabling — made safe immediately, then properly repaired and certified.
03
Sparking Sockets or Fittings
Sparking, burning smells or scorch marks around sockets, switches or fittings — always treated as urgent.
04
A Trip That Won’t Reset
Consumer unit tripping repeatedly or refusing to reset — we trace the fault rather than just resetting it for you.
05
Alarm Won’t Stop Sounding
Sounder won’t disable, or neighbours are already complaining about the noise — treated as a genuine emergency callout.
